Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester TT-92Z complies with the ASTM D92 Standard Test
Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester.
Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester TT-92Z measures the ash point and re point of
petroleum products, applicable to all petroleum products with ash points above 79℃ (175℉) and below
400℃ (752℉), excluding fuel oils
Features:
1. True color GUI touch screen interface design offers intuitive display and easy operation.
2. The instrument features a reasonable structure, providing a wide test range, excellent repeatability, and
authenticity.
3. Simply preset the expected ash point or starting temperature of the substance to be tested, and the
instrument will heat up at the specied rate, sweep, detect the ash point, upgrade the detection device, air
cool, and print out the results.
4. Automatic detection of atmospheric pressure and manual input function are both available. Manual input
becomes invalid when automatic detection is active, and vice versa.
5. The instrument automatically adjusts test results according to changes in atmospheric pressure.
6. Powerful data processing functions enable the instrument to store the previous 100 analysis results.
7. Preset parameters before each shutdown can be stored in memory.
8. Equipped with a hundred-year calendar, the instrument displays year, month, day, hour, minute, and
second.
9. Optional 232 computer management interface is available.
